We charge shipping once per order, and no restocking fees or additional return processing fees will apply for eligible returns.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During system-wide peak periods, including holiday seasons or new collection drops, processing may be delayed slightly. If delays extend beyond standard timelines, the Playvera Support Team will notify you via email.

🚚 Delivery Times & Order Tracking

Delivery duration varies by shipping destination. Once your order has been dispatched, Playvera will send you a tracking number by email so you can monitor your shipment status.

🌍 International Shipping

Yes — Playvera ships globally, including to international regions. Customs duties and taxes required by local governments are the responsibility of the recipient, as mandated by regional regulations.

📷 Damaged Packages or Items

Although every order is securely packed, if your package arrives damaged, please contact Playvera Support within 7 days at:

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original condition. Customized and specially processed items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or return.

💳 Refund Processing:

After receiving and inspecting your return, Playvera will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within several business days and credited to your original payment method.
